• For security purposes, we don’t provide the address of our rental locations, but be aware that they are within the Regent Park neighborhood, (In between 8 mile and 7 mile, and Kelly Rd. and Gratiot).

• Income requirement: Rent cannot exceed 30% of gross total income. (For Example, a Monthly Rent of $1,000 requires a gross income of at least $3,334)
